Why does oblivion crash so much

I highly doubt I'm CTDing because of memory issues. Normally for me, out-of-memory crashes occur after every hour or two. That's okay; I don't mind that too much.

Now, however, it seems like I'm crashing whenever I exit an interior twice-thrice. My gut feeling tells me that Unique Landscapes or Better Cities is causing it.
