Students have English classes 23 hours a week Monday through Friday. Class schedules for the Academic English Program include 20 hours of core classes and 3 hours of supplemental classes.
All students of these English Courses must take a placement test the first day to determine their level within the program. The completion of the most advanced level of this program qualifies students for all undergraduate programs and most graduate degree programs at the University of North Texas. Each session of this English Program is 8 weeks long. Students can take 1, 2, 3 or more sessions.
