Last edited: Sep 15, Mar 3, 1, 0 It appears your web browser and computer are working fine because you are able to reach Google. There is a problem with the website itself that you are trying to reach.

You can wait and try accessing the site in a little while, or you can contact the person or company that controls the website to find out more about why the site is having problems, and when it will become available again. The issue you are experiencing may not be due to an Internet or website issue. It may actually be an issue with the web browser you are using. Some websites, especially interactive ones such as webmail services, may work better when accessed with a particular browser.

Some websites actually recommend or require a specific browser in order to function properly. Depending on the device you are using and what it currently has installed, you may have a backup or alternative web browser already available.

It appears that the first web browser you tried to access the website with is having problems. Either because the website you tried to visit is incompatible with it, some sort of misconfiguration, or some type of deeper issue that will require service. It appears that your device and your internet connection are fine because you can get to Google. The issue in this case is the route your internet connection uses to reach the website in question. Hi,We have an issue, Our domain is hosted by a different company from the internet service provider. We are able to send emails using outlook. BUT,when it comes to receiving some emails sent to us from emails using the same domain and also from outside are being left in the webmail inbox. They are not being downloaded whereas we are also able to dowload some emails from the same domain and outside.

Why are some emails being left? What do we do to solve this? Why the selective downloading? Thank you for contacting us. I recommend reviewing the section above on Client Troubleshooting. I recommend using IMAP for all devices. I looked at the domain you provided and it is still pointed elsewhere Godaddy.

This means that the world believes that they are handling the email for your domain. I recommend pointing to our nameservers , which will allow your site and email to globally resolve to our servers within 24 hours due to propagation. You will then be able to use webmail successfully.

Alternatively you could take a screenshot and provide us the URL to said screenshot. Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:. The error that the other server returned was: If you have followed the instructions above and are one of our customers, you will want to contact out Live Support team so they can walk through your settings with you step by step and see if the server has any more information as you try to receive an email.

I currently have a webmail account and I just tried to add it to outlook. I am able to send but not receive in outlook. I still receive on webmail though. Any suggestions? I can send email from my account and it is received by the other party but I am unable to receive any.

It may be a permissions issue but I am not sure how to correct it. As long as the DNS is pointing properly, there are no permissions to set. Check and ensure the MX records are pointed properly and that the domain is pointing to the correct name servers.

I am worling on a client side and today i got a email on my client side he was asking a perticular domail through i have recieving a delayed mails. A delay in email could be a possible Greylisting , which a methodology utilized by some mail servers to deter spam. This is explained in more detail on our guide What to do if an email is returned. Sorry for the continuing problems.

I spoke with TJ about the issue and he said that now that we see the error, it appears to be related to a certificate not renewing at the client level. If you are using Microsoft Outlook or any of their email clients , please try removing the account and then re-adding it to see if it will fix the error. If the issue is occurring with a non-Microsoft email client, then TJ had still recommended re-loading the account to see if that would fix the error first. One of our customers has noted that emails from her are being rejected, and that we need to allow level 2, bit keys for a TLS handshake.

At present Email configured in CPanel and we are able to send mails to others. Unfortunately we failed to receive our Emails or few mails we are receiving very late.

The links you provided do not show that anything is incorrect. Emails that are received late are not a problem as email was initially created to be received within 24 hours.

It is normally much faster, but within 24 hours is within the scope of its design. As for emails being lost, that may be an issue. This message, though cryptic, would be the reason why it was returned. If you have one of those, you can contact your support team and they can investigate that specific error for you. If you are not getting any bounces indicating the email was rejected, then you will want to contact your support to have them review the specific emails to see if they were received by the other server.

If so, then you will want to have the other side check their email logs to see what happened to the emails. Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: [email protected] Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain example.

The error that the other server returned was: 5. Do you have your mail configured to receive locally or use a remote server such as an exchange server? Have you modified the DNS for this domain in last 24 hours? If so it may still be propagating to some servers. The error specifically states the for the server it is delivering mail to does not have a user that goes by [email protected].

I did check e-mail trace and it was empty. Yes, you shouldn't have to put up with this inconvenience. No, this silly gap in the infrastructure is probably not going to be fixed anytime soon. Problem 2: You can't use webmail if your computer is offline By its very nature, webmail is "in the cloud.

Problem 3: You can't directly back up your messages or Address Book Unlike a regular email program, which stores your data on your computer's hard disk, webmail systems store your data on the email server, which does not give you direct access to its hard disk. This makes backing up your messages or Address Book difficult. Work-arounds: Most webmail systems have an "export" function you can use to download your Address Book onto your computer's hard disk for safekeeping.

It is very important that you do this periodically, since for most people this list is very valuable. Some email servers support IMAP, a protocol that permits you to use a regular email program to access the messages in all of your mailboxes Inbox, Sent, Drafts, etc.

Some email servers only support POP, which permits you to use a regular email program to access the messages in your Inbox only, effectively preventing you from backing up all of your messages without a lot of work temporarily moving messages from your Inbox to another mailbox, shuffling messages from other mailboxes into your Inbox, being careful to use the "Leave on Server" option, etc.

Problem 4: Your webmail system's features may be limited Some webmail systems are great, but others only have limited features compared to regular email programs. You may find that you have no or a very limited ability to: Spell check your messages Use formatted text bold, italic, underlining, multiple fonts, sizes, color, etc. Select multiple messages Set up email "Signatures" text automatically appended to each message Mark messages as "read" or "unread" "Flag" messages as important or interesting for later follow-up Filter out "spam" messages Add an email address from a message directly into your Address Book Manage multiple email accounts Search your messages using keywords Sort your messages by Date, From, To, Subject, Size, etc.

See all messages in a given mailbox in one scrolling list See the size of each message Even Gmail, one of the most sophisticated webmail systems I've ever seen, only sorts messages by Date not From or To or Subject , will only show at most messages per "page," and does not display the sizes of individual messages at all.
