It's a very good experience working with Axis Bank Joy, fun working, staffs are very good so humble and helpful learns a lot from all of them, if I get opportunity again I wanted to work in Axis Bank. They make you work 3 times more than what they pay.

Working hours are very long. Salary pay is very less. Pros Leaves. Never felt energetic, management has vision with no stretegy. Work life balance is a myth. No clear direction.. Sales is always primary rather than anything else, if your mindset is all about sales u will definitely rise in axis bank, working culture is good for female staff.

Pros compliance. Cons pressure for sales. Excellent environment, proper training in all ways about products, very helpful. Very professional way, easy working and future growth and learning journey.

Pros Incentives. Cons Long time. It has a good platform to all employers. Good opportunity and good relationship with branch staff. I have joined axis Bank feel proud of axis Bank employee. That many times spend in bank with customer queries.

And solve the problem. I want to hard work. Pros Full time enjoyed with bank. Cons I have spent more time with bank work hard in the bank. No one wants to work the things right , too much shortcut used to success used inside the bank. No corporation within the management themself. Good people already left the bank. Pros Na. I love my job at axis Bank which is the reputed bank and I feel lucky to work with such a big bank and I ll get all the support from manager and team always both in personal and professional life Only parameter to evaluate any body's performance is by their insurance selling ability product not even competitive amongst the peer Bank high loan interest rates as compared to peer banks.

Axis bank is good organization, will help you to groom more. They have a friendly and supportive environment, where you can help each other. They should focus on work life balance. One of the third class bank and third class mangers, don't join Axis Bank. I strongly recommend don't join Axis bank. Pros Job Security.
